How to place an Order

Due to the special nature of the product, the direct purchase is not possible. We believe that the customer must contact our store and our experienced staff (more than 20 years of experience) will guide her/him, in order to fully comprehend the characteristics of the desired wig and then order it by phone, by providing us with her/his details.

Shipment methods

The wigs and the products will be shipped with a courier company (ELTA Courier) and will be received in 1 or 2 working days.

For deliveries in Cyprus, delivery is made in 2 or 3 business days.

Shipment of wigs is free, as well as orders that include wigs and products.

Other product orders will be charged as follows:

  • Cash on delivery free of charge (except for Saturday where the cost is +2 €)
  • Payment by bank transfer 5 € (except for Saturday where the cost is +2 €)
  • For Cyprus: €20 (by bank transfer)

Our company uses discreet packaging for all its shipments.
